I attended the Agent Reboot program in Atlanta today. This is the first seminar of its type that I have attended outside of the normal real estate training I undertake. This event was amazing, and was so full of content and good ideas that I have a bucket full of “to do” items that I can’t wait to get started with. In addition it confirmed and validated some of the systems we have been putting in place and are rolling out. One of the stunning comments made was that of the several thousand agents in the Atlanta Metro area, approximately 120 people total attended the event. With the tips and advice given by this very capable panel of professionals, there will be a lot of room for the local agents to put themselves out in front by implementing even a portion of the tools and tips that were offered. From my point of view the various techniques that can be used to advance lead generation to closings and the realization that with the steady growth in the mobile app environment, that mobile site optimization is a must for maximizing the use of real estate content out in the field. This is where the real heavy lifting is done. My hat goes off to all of the presenters and also to all that attended. I am sure we all walked away energized about the potential of growing our businesses.
