Watts Bar Lake Operations – February 6, 2012

Outlined below is the latest Watts Bar Lake Information published by TVA. Please make a note that the dam will be spilling until further notice. This will have the effect of increasing the current and is in line with the recent Notice to Mariners we published regarding the high flow rate discharge from Ft. Loudon! Keep an eye out for debris! You should also note that the lake level is back close to the winter pool elevation.

Observed water levels also are updated periodically throughout the day. Predicted water levels are updated at least once a day, by 1 p.m. Eastern time, and may be updated more frequently when conditions warrant.
