Real Estate Informational Video Series

Here at East Tennessee Waterfront Properties, we continue to look for innovative ways to help our buyers and sellers have as much information and data as they can to assist with making their Real Estate decisions. To that end, we are producing a series of videos that will discuss all of the facets that go in to a Real Estate transaction, from starting the mortgage process to appraisals, home inspections, and termite inspections to the closing process. These videos will be useful to both buyers and sellers. Some of these videos may be a bit lengthy but they will be full of good information and I encourage you to watch them.

We always appreciate feed back from you so if you have any comments on the videos please let us know. Also if there is a subject that you would like discussed or if you would like a more in depth interview let us know. These videos will be posted every few weeks as we can arrange schedules and recording times.
